So, I said this on facebook...

as someone who does comedy, I can say I have read a great deal about the close ties of depression to comedy. I am surrounded by love and support and cant imagine feeling so desperate and alone that taking my own life is the answer. Thank you Robin Williams for making us laugh for so many years and it tears my heart that you were dealing with depression so deep. I am thankful for my family and faith . And pray your family finds some peace in the emptiness you left
