So, I said this on facebook...

if there is one thing that I have truly learned in the last few years... by having it shown to me on a nearly daily basis... its: if they don't fully understand the problem, no number of solutions will be helpful.You can hand someone the key to the door, but if all they see is a wall, there not going to be able to open the door. What I cant figure out is why so many refuse to see the door and think the key is pointless.
