So, I said this on facebook...

thank all of you that have commented, liked, messaged and called. While every comment tears me up...I'm usually smiling too. This whole period...which has been lengthy...has been quite an experience...but as I said back then...we are all dealing with something....thank you...all of you for letting me use facebook to cope. Yes...my awesome kitty will always be missed...but am so relieved that her battle ended with such peacefulness...even more blessed that in her final days she became that affectionate ball of fur that touched my heart. I am working on remembering the great times....her battling my fax machine...greeting me when I drove up...even the time when i realized she was the reason my water glass was evaporating so quickly. Tonight I will sleep missing her purr...but so relaxed in the knowledge that she is free of shots and pills and I wont wake at every pained mew wondering what she was saying.....hmmm this was just gonna be a thank you post...lol...sorry. Hug your furry friends.....in time....I will introduce you all to the next beast that befriends me
